    I’m always excited to meet with home builders and help them with their show homes and spec homes.  A builder can utilize my services as much or as little as they require.

    Services available include the following:

    -consulting on the floor plan/design

    -consulting on the style of the home  i.e. are you wanting a crisp clean look?  A cozy look?  A sleek classic style?  who are your target clients?

    -finish selections: flooring, faucets, trims/casings, counter tops, Fireplace tile, paint, lighting etc.  I can choose any of these exclusively or put together an entire package.  Please note: I am happy to make selections from your suppliers or I can make recommendations for suppliers if need be.

    -window covering packages.  I am a dealer for Hunter Douglas, Shade-O-Matic, Levolor, Maxxmar and other Blind wholesalers.  I also can create and supply custom drapes and valances.

    -Selecting home decor from upholstery, case goods (coffee tables, beds etc), towels, bedding, art, and accessories.

    -Complete set up of the show home
